How long will it take for my package to arrive?

The items in our store are bespoke and crafted with love. Sometimes it takes a little while to make, and sometimes the postage system is slower than anticipated. Despite this, all best efforts will be made to keep you updated and let you know when your order has been received, when it has been sent and when it is expected to arrive. If you order before 9 December, your package should arrive before Christmas!

 

Do you do custom orders?

Do you have a return policy?

If you are unhappy with your item let us know, and return the item within 7 days for a full refund. 

 

What if my item arrives and it is broken?

All care is taken to carefully package and protect your items to have them delivered to you in top condition. If something has happened, take a photo straight away, get in contact via the Get in Touch page and we can remedy the issue. 

What packaging do you use?

All packaging used to safely house and deliver your items is recyclable and compostable. This includes recyclable/compostable cardboard, compostable tape, and where needed, compostable bubble wrap.
